Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the platform in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the platform.
• Transmit or introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the platform.
• Use any automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access the platform without our express written permission.
• Use the platform to engage in any activity that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

User Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content Ownership: All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Innovhub or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our explicit written consent.

Termination by User: You may discontinue your use of the platform at any time by closing your account. If you terminate your account, you will no longer have access to your user data stored on our platform.

Termination by Innovhub: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breaching these Terms.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Transmit or introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the platform.
• Non-payment of any fees owed to us.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Any data you have stored on the platform may be deleted, and we are not responsible for any loss of information resulting from termination. Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Indemnity, and Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect.

Fees: Some services offered by Innovhub require payment. All fees are due upfront and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our refund policy or required by applicable law.

Refunds: We may, at our discretion, offer refunds for specific services. Refund requests must be made within the terms specified in the service agreement or refund policy.

No Warranty: The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innovhub and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Innovhub, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
